All of our products are inspected by multiple members of our production team to ensure that your products are delivered to you as ordered and are of the highest quality available so you can enjoy your purchase for a long time.
Products can not be returned for a refund as most items are made to order HOWEVER we do understand that sometimes sizing can be a concern when ordering online. Swimwear items may be returned for a size exchange for the same item if suits are returned to us unworn with tags intact within 10 days of your receipt. All costs of shipping and handling are the responsibilty of the customer and never refundable.
Dresses, costumes and clubwear are only returnable for size exchange of the same item and must be returned in the original undamaged packaging unworn and unwashed with tags intact within 10 days of your receipt. All items are non refundable however If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost.
How to make a Return For Exchange
You must first email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the issue. We will email you a return authorization code that MUST BE WRITTEN on the outside of the package containing your return item. Do not return your item without a return authorization code issued from us or your package will come back to you unopened as we do not open packages that do not have a R.A.C. clearly written on the outside.
SHIP BACK THE GOODS MAKNG SURE YOU INCLUDE ALL THE INFORMATION WE WILL NEED TO MAKE THE CORRECT EXCHANGE SUCH AS A COPY OF YOUR PACKING SLIP, YOUR EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS, ETC. MAKE SURE YOU SEND BACK THE ITEMS WITH A TRACKING NUMBER SUCH AS UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AS WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES OR YOUR REPLACEMENT CREDIT IF WE CAN NOT VERIFY RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURN. ONCE A PACKAGE HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND INSPECTED WE WILL ISSUE YOUR CREDIT FOR YOUR REPLACEMENT ITEM.
ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OR HAVE THE TAGS REMOVED WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.
